The UK take-away food staple Itsu was at one point developing a delivery focused arm to their business, where I worked alongside a small team that were developing new recipes, packaging & concepts that could appeal to a potentially higher-end market than the current brand was associated with. Working with the existing colors & branding, I developed a wide range of concepts with this team that aimed to maintain a connection to the primary brand, while perhaps being something that a mother in Chelsea would enjoy having on her kitchen counter.
